Our Story

Triton Enertech, LLC. was established in 2015 as a tubing and tool rental company. At the time we were supplying work-strings and tools to the completion industry and were fully reliant on third-party companies for inspection and repair. A major issue from third-party inspection reporting was inconsistencies in tubing damages. This made it very difficult to explain the tubing loss to our customers. So, we decided to take control of our own inspection process, thus allowing us accurate and transparent answers for our customers. We have worked very diligently in helping our customers understand our complete inspection process.  It is very important to conduct prompt inspections and have open communications to identify losses.  Attention to detail in our methodology and trust from customers allowed us to grow within our customer operations. Our transparent approach to reporting built relationships of trust with our customers. This trust allowed us to retain and grow our brand of business in the Permian Basin.

Risk reduction. Cost-saving. Efficiency.

Our Customers are our priority and we strive to save them money. Our innovative analytics and metrics put us a step ahead. Contact us today and discover what Triton can do for you.

AMERICAN PETROLEUM INSTITUTE GRADING:

Inspection guidelines for production follow API 5CT instruction in grading and inspecting tubing.  Although this system is theoretically voluntary, the American Petroleum Institute Grading System (API) is by far the most accepted method of separating tubular inventories by condition.  This system consists of painted, colored bands placed at the ends of each joint of tube or casing.

Note: Color grading is subject to +/- according to customer preference.

 GRADING SYSTEM

Used Tubing/Casing New Tubing/Casing (and Plain End Drill Pipe)

Used Drill Pipe

*Yellow Band:          0-15% body wall reduction (85% min. remaining)

*Blue Band:             16-30% body wall reduction (70% min. remaining)

*Green Band:           31-50% body wall reduction (50% min. remaining)

*Red Band:              50%+ body wall reduction (>50% remaining)
